Shipping Policy

 

The buyer is responsible for shipping.


Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and the value of your order. Your total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. 

DENUO NOVO is not responsible for any delay in shipping once the package is in the possession of the carrier. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location. Shipping costs DO NOT include customs fees, brokerage, or any taxes – those are charged separately for international locales by the appropriate agency.

Estimated shipping times are calculated using business days (Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.)

Your order may be dispatched from various warehouses. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email to tell you which items you’ll receive in each delivery.

If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price.

If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please contact the carrier or take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf (there are special situations where DENUO NOVO will need to contact the courier. Please let us know if you need assistance).


Any issues with your order must be communicated to DENUO NOVO Customer Service within 90 days of receiving your order.

If you are shipping an item over $50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item if returned to us.

– International Shipping

International orders may incur additional fees (brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or tariffs) depending on your customs office. These fees are your responsibility to pay. Please do not ask us to declare a lower value than the sale price for customs. Should you reject your package because you do not wish to pay these fees, you will not be refunded. If the package is returned to us and you change your mind and wish to have us send the package again, you will need to pay all additional shipping fees to do so. There is absolutely nothing DENUO NOVO Customer Service can do to speed the delivery/customs process on international orders. Once the item leaves the United States, we cannot provide tracking for the item or inquire about its status.
